Birmingham City Council is seeking for providers for the provision of a customer segmentation solution that enables it to have a better understanding of residents’ characteristics, behaviours and needs. A customer segmentation toolset provides a database of information relating to the population of designated areas. It combines geography with demographics and lifestyle information to understand the different types of people in different areas.
