City of Wolverhampton Council are looking to contract a supplier to conduct statutorily required Tenant Satisfaction Surveys of the council's tenants. We own more than 21,000 homes in the city, which are managed by four distinct managing agents. Tenant Satisfaction Surveys will need to be collected in relation to this total stock number. These are a statutory obligation, so the questions asked and survey process must meet the requirements set out by the Regulator of Social Housing.
