Overview
Staying Close, Staying Connected is a DfE Innovation Fund project led by Break Charity in partnership with Norfolk and Cambridgeshire County Councils and Peterborough City Council. The Project delivers a whole person support offer that tries to improve outcomes for young people aged 16-25 who have been in residential care; ultimately helping them achieve the life that they want. The University of East Anglia is evaluating the project (final report September 21).
