PURCH2399 – University of Glasgow Lead Advisor Framework Agreement. Following the success of the existing lead advisor framework the University of Glasgow is seeking to create a new Lead Advisor Framework. The new framework will comprise two lots envisaged to have up to 8 suppliers in total. Stage 1 tender documents available from Public Contracts Scotland. Returns should be submitted via Public Contracts Scotland, no paper copies will be accepted. Should paper tenders be submitted, they will be rejected.
