It is intended to establish a Pseudo dynamic purchasing system (PDPS) in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, Regulations 74 -76 (Light Touch). The aim of Support Services for children and their families is to provide individualised programmes of support which build on the strengths of families and enables: • Parents and carers to fulfil their parenting and caring role and for families to lead ‘ordinary lives’. • Enable children and their families to engage in life enriching activities within the community and have improved quality of life.
