Brief Description of Requirement. The Earth Observation Investment Package (EOIP) was announced in November 2022. The purpose of the investment was to protect the future of UK talent and industry in satellite-based Earth Observation (EO) and mitigate the impact of ongoing delays to UK participation in the EU Copernicus programme.
