Brief Description of Requirement The Green Gas Support Scheme (GGSS) is a UK Government scheme designed to reduce the GHG emissions intensity of the UK's gas supply. Tariff payments incentivise the development of anaerobic digestion (AD) plants, that inject biomethane into the grid. Tariffs are ongoing payments paid quarterly which are based on the volume of biomethane injected.
