Overview

Swansea University is seeking to appoint a Contractor to provide: Additional Security Capacity over and above the in-house service to meet increased demand. Some of these will be known events that are listed below, but additional short notice requirements such as VIP visits or an increase in the National Alert State will set a requirement for additional temporary staff. Backfill for staff absences, as and when required. Yearly average staffing requirement (this is a notional planning figure for staffing over and above the University in house services) equating to circa 17,000 hours.
