Scarborough Borough Council is looking enter into contract with a Fish Services Market Provider. Service requirements are : Service Requirements Be registered with the Marine Management Organisation as a seller/buyer of first sale marine fish (including shellfish) in the UK Hold employers and public liability insurance Provide ice through the provision of ice machines situated at both Whitby and Scarborough Harbours. Must be able to provide a capacity of 3 tonnes a day at Whitby and 5 tonnes a day at Scarborough at peak times, but to ensure available at all times.
