1.1 Armed Forces Recruiting Programme (AFRP) is a Tri Service (TS) programme responsible for delivering a single, common TS recruiting process for the Armed Forces. AFRP is mandated to draw on lessons learned from recent Royal Navy (RN), Army and Royal Air Force (RAF) recruitment experiences, to understand and incorporate industry good practice, meet the quality and quantity targets set and above all, place the candidate at the heart of the future recruiting experience; the future process must be agile and responsive to change.
