The overall aim is to deliver a value added, highly practical EMCC Practitioner Level Coaching Qualification aimed at NHS staff that want to deliver coaching to health and social care colleagues across the East Midlands. Proposals are sought from experts in the field of coaching as a sole programme provider or working in partnership, to work with the East Midlands Leadership Academy, to design an innovative and engaging EMCC Practitioner Level Coaching.
