Public Health England (PHE) is seeking to procure a Digital Retinal Scanner for use in its National Infection Service laboratory (NIS) to perform optical coherence tomography (OCT). Optical coherence tomography (a specialist assessment of the eye requiring analysis of the ocular health of a living subject. The equipment will be used to perform OCT in anaesthetised subjects. Therefore, the proposed equipment must meet all mandatory requirements listed below.: 1.
