Overview

6.1.The Authority requires a software solution that will facilitate the storage and maintenance of crisis management plans and procedures in addition to the delegation of responsibility for Business Continuity Management (BCM) across the Agency. The solution proposed must also facilitate the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of Business Continuity plans. The proposed solution will also need to include Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Planning and Exercise Management.
