Overview
The Council has in place an existing contract for cleaning services at Corporate Properties across the county. This includes Offices, Day Care Centres, Libraries, Archives, Fire Stations etc. At present there are approx. 153 properties within the existing contract however, this number may reduce over the next three years as the Council continues its programme of consolidation of assets. The Council proposes to enter into the Contract for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year with the successful Tenderer (Service Provider).The Contract term may only be extended if it was advertised on this basis and the Council shall have absolute discretion to extend the contrac…
