Provision of a Framework for Construction Contractors

London Borough of Hackney council seeks to procure a Construction Contractors Framework required to support the delivery of the Council's CPAM Capital programme in a suite of 3 lots: Lot 1 Mechanical (Heating, hot water and gas installations, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems); Lot 2 Electrical (EICR testing, electrical rewiring, installation of new power, lighting and control systems, electrical ventilation systems and fire related issues); Lot 3 Fabric (Internal/external alterations, new-build, alterations/extensions, refurbishments, fit-outs, fabric work, external works, fire alarm installation and fire remedial works).
