Lee Valley Regional Park Authority ("the Authority") and Broxbourne Borough Council ("the Council") have a requirement for a specialist security contract, which is shared equally between the Authority and the Council in the North of the Lee Valley Regional Park ("the Park") and solely by the Authority in the South of the Park.
