BCP Council is looking for an operator to run a Homeless, Health & Housing Hub (Hub). The Hub will be for homeless people in the BCP Council area. Homeless in this context is anyone sleeping out in the BCP Council area, and anyone temporarily or insecurely accommodated in the BCP Council area. Due to the evolving nature of the requirement, any future changes in policy, legislation and funding (but not limited to), it is possible that similar additional services may be required to meet the objectives of this contract.
