The Council requires an experienced organisation of chartered surveyors that can provide a range of specialist property services and to provide additional support as required by the in-house team. All services to be provided in accordance with the RICS Valuation – Professional Standards (the 'Red Book'). This framework will run for a period of one year with the option to extend for a further year (1+1), depending on the consultant organisation meeting Key Performance Indicators.
