Property and Land Valuation Services

Livv Housing Group sought bids to establish a framework of service providers to provide property and land valuation services. It is anticipated that valuations will be required for land prior to purchase by the Group and for properties both pre and post construction. The majority of the services required will be within the borough of Knowsley however services may be required in the wider Liverpool city region.
