Overview
This project is to procure one recirculating tilting flume with a raised walkway which is to be installed and commissioned into the University's Future Towns Innovation Hub flume laboratory. The size requirements of the required flume can be found in section M4 of the specification (Appendix 1 of File 2). The new flume is requested primarily for research purposes and secondarily for the underpinning of the undergraduate and postgraduate taught curriculum. The proposed facility will support funded research areas in ecohydraulics, water engineering, coastal engineering, and marine energy.
