There is currently a significant gap in Project Management resource within Capital Programme Team. This has resulted in several Project Lead vacancies remaining unfilled despite recruitment efforts. \\r\r \\r\r There is a requirement to resource the delivery of externally funded placed based projects (Carlisle Station Gateway, Iron Line and Workington Gateway) with specialist Project Manager(s) whilst we continue recruitment efforts to secure people in permanent roles.
