Overview

This ITT aims to rapidly accelerate development of One-Way Effector (OWE) (Heavy) technology under the auspice of Project BRAKESTOP. This is an rapid capability requirement and as such we are looking for suppliers to operate at a speed of relevance and to take an agile approach. The payload & casing, fusing/initiation device, test range and Government SME advice will be provided as GFX by the Authority. However, it should be noted that vendor proposed payloads will also be considered. The ground-based launch vehicle will also be provided. Other elements of GFX will also be considered. The Authority intends to fund and facilitate accelerated development of one or more OWE Heavy platform capabilities to meet or exceed the Authority's requirements.

Tenderers will submit proposals under a competitive ITT in order to secure funding to develop their platforms to the level of capability defined within the tender documentation.
