Manage readiness and change activities to deliver the committed outcomes. Champion cross-organisational learning, best practice change management tools and processes. Delivery the change narrative, working closely with workstream leads and stakeholder and communications colleagues. Identify, analyse and monitor capacity and capability including skills and competencies. Implement interventions, tactics and solutions to deliver the end state required for change.
