The Arts Council England's Catalyst Evolve is one of our strategic funds designed to support delivery of our strategy, Great Art and Culture for Everyone. In particular, it contributes to goal three: the arts, museums and libraries are resilient and environmentally sustainable. The UK has a rich history of philanthropic giving to arts and culture.
