Overview
The VOA is undertaking a new transformation programme, Business Rates Review programme, that will deliver a key Government commitment, announced by the Chancellor in the Autumn Budget, to reform the operation of the business rates system. This focuses on non-domestic ratepayers. The NDR Reforms Programme requires the continued support of a service delivery partner to lead on all aspects of service delivery for the programme and in particular to continue the work to iterate the E2E customer journey and blueprint post GDS service standards, following Alpha exit.
