Professional Services concept to design

The Town Council wishes to appoint PM to carry out the Basset Community Hub project from Concept design to delivery for all services (Project Management, Cost Management, Supervision and Design). The proposed design retains and re-purposes the two existing Listed Buildings on the site, together with forming a new build performance space and shared atrium foyer, to create a single community facility with a new central entrance linking together the Community Hub activities. This option safeguards and secures two important but vulnerable listed buildings in the town and retains new development on existing brownfield land. Apply via Cornwall Council Framework.
