Over the next few years SECAmb (“The Authority”) plans to carry out a number of Make Ready Centre projects with an anticipated total value between £500k-£10m - the values under each contract will vary from project to project. The Authority is looking to establish a Framework for the provision of Construction Consultancy Services from a wide range of specialisms, utilising both SME and National Consultants, to deliver either a single service or provide a range of services for the ‘Make Ready’ programme.
