Procurement of Grounds Maintenance Services

Accent is procuring Grounds Maintenance Services for five geographical regions as identified above. The 5 regional Lots will each cover the provision of standard grounds maintenance services across a range of schemes and estates within each region. These are generally well dispersed across each region. The intention is to secure 5 Service Providers, one for each region, although Accent will consider awarding a single Service Provider more than one Lot subject to tender outcome. The values identified above are the lowest and highest Lot values.
