Overview
The User Centred Design Team is looking to procure a tool to support unmoderated remote user research during the Covid-19 pandemic, and thereafter, to increase the pool of participants available to us to undertake research. The tool should enable researchers to set pre-defined usability tests for prototypes, wireframes and beta websites to ensure our digital products are well designed and fit for purpose. The tool itself should be able to capture qualitative and quantitative feedback from participants to enable us to assess 'what' users do when they interact with a product and also 'why' they do it.
