Private Rented Sector Leased Accommodation - AWARD

The requirement is for the provision of private rented sector properties leased to the council for the provision of short- and medium-term accommodation for families who are homeless. The properties must meet a minimum specification as detailed within this tender. Under the Scheme, private-sector landlords will make available up to 100 furnished or unfurnished properties (the tender quote/ value should reflect whether the properties are provided furnished or not) of between one and three bedrooms for use as temporary accommodation for the homeless.
