The Contractor shall source and deliver ambient, fresh, frozen and chilled food to some public prisons, including some with outsourced catering, some immigration removal centres and some privately managed prisons throughout England and Wales. The number and location of prisons and immigration removal centres to which the Contractor shall be required to deliver may change to include additional privately managed prisons and as a result of the closure of some existing facilities and opening of new facilities.
