New build of housing and schools It is proposed that the two uses on the site are realised through two separate buildings, allowing both distinct phasing during the construction stages and simplicity of ongoing separate maintenance. The school design comprises a new build three storey L-shaped teaching block containing classrooms, group spaces, administration and staff areas.
