The Key components for the Prevention Pilot is to provide a response to people who have recently attempted suicide who are known to RDASH Hospital Liaison and RDASH Crisis Services, for people who have had their physical and mental health needs assessed and met. The service will deliver the following: Patients will first be provided with a maximum of 8 sessions of emotional resilience coaching to build their coping skills, support them with emotional regulation, and alleviate their psychological distress sufficiently, that they can then access other support which might be available within the community.
