Kirklees Council is looking to upgrade its Contact Centre solution which includes telephony and automated switchboard, to one which meets the needs of a modern Council and prioritises the diverse needs, expectations and contact preferences of our Service users. We are undertaking this Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) to help inform the specification to design and deliver the ambition for Kirklees around improving access to Council and Partner services and to deliver a Customer Service Centre experience of the future.
