The Metropolitan Police intend to establish a Dynamic Market in line with section 35 of the PA23. The market will not include Lots. The Dynamic Market is being established to accelerate how the Metropolitan Police deliver technology and data products to frontline officers. It will establish and bring together a new delivery model, procurement framework, ways of working and rapid prototyping, to work on a series of prioritised initiatives.
