Overview
Mini Competition to award a Prepaid Card Accounts Call-Off Contract to a sole Contractor. Contract for a prepayment card which is classified as a debit card, with no facility to go overdrawn. There will be two types of card- for single use, for one off or emergency purposes where we can distribute funds immediately, and multiple use cards, which the Council can top up with funds or withdraw funds as required.
