At the time of writing, RWM has started talking with interested parties, and two communities have formed Working Groups. Over the next five years RWM aims to establish up to five Community Partnerships, with geophysics subsequently conducted at candidate sites. RWM is currently preparing it’s ‘GDF Programme’. This planning tool identifies the key milestones and deliverables through the lifecycle of the GDF programme, including closure of the facility and surrender of permits. This Contract Technical Specification (CTS) relates to the establishment of a groundwater framework (hereafter ‘the framework’),
