Commissioners are seeking the delivery of a Young Carers Support Service that supports young carers from 5 to 25 including those who are transitioning into adulthood. The Young Carers model has been developed by Commissioning with a view to it meeting the City of Wolverhampton's strategic outcomes. The contract is for a period of three years with an option to extend for a further year. The contract is to be delivered city-wide.
