Powys County Council (“the Council”) is seeking to engage with suitably experienced and competent Providers to provide the Powys Community Equipment Service. Powys County Council and Powys Teaching Health Board wish to commission an appropriate provider to operate the Powys Community Equipment Service for a period of three years with an option to extend for a further two years. The Powys Community Equipment Service is provided under a Partnership Agreement between Powys County Council and Powys Teaching Health Board, with Powys County Council acting as the Lead Commissioner.
