Powis Market Hall Improvements

Oswestry Town Council is seeking professional services from a multi-disciplinary team led by a suitably qualified architect and/or companies with civil and structural engineering expertise and technical knowledge around space planning. The appointed contractor will need to support the Council to progress from identified improvements to delivery. This includes the appraisal of options including design which will incorporate practical recommendations and fully costed solutions. We will need to work within the Councils financial regulations.
