Overview

This Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) Services framework will be used mainly from external customers where they have a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Procurement Services. In addition there may be a requirement for the Council to utilise this framework for support with their internal operation as a subcontractor when required. The Framework does not include any guarantee of any minimum volume of services, or any minimum expenditure. Furthermore, appointment under the Framework Agreement does not constitute a commitment by the Council, or any other contracting authority to the exclusive use of the Framework or an individual supplier for such requirements.
