Overview

To deliver Police National Computer training to ROC Operators. The training is aimed at newly recruited operators once they have completed probation. The service provision will also include updating any of the content to ensure it aligns to any changes to PNC policy. This will be delivered under design of content and associated consultancy costs for the design effort. In addition, there may be a requirement for trainer to attend on site to finalise materials and ensure set up of course provision as training is delivered on a live site.
