Pitched Roofing Works Replacement of existing concrete tiles with Britmet 'Slate 2000' 0.9mm lightweight metal roof tile, colour Titanium Grey, to match works carried out previously in Phase 1. Renew existing Velux roof windows. Overclad existing fascias with powdercoated aluminium fascia panels, and replace existing rainwater goods with powder coated aluminium seamless gutters & fallpipes. Existing lightening protection to be removed as necessary to accommodate the roofing works, then refixed and re-tested follow the completion of the roofing works.
