Overview
The City of London (CoL) is seeking information from the market on DEMS programs, not limited to, iCAV, Body Worn Cameras; We use multiple DEMS, mainly evidence.com (Axon) and VideoManager (Motorola), alongside several smaller systems we’re currently mapping. Contracts for BWV, ICAV, and DIRS expire within 15 months. Due to the need for integration with DEMS, we aim to procure all in a single package. DIRS, which expires in Dec 2025, is essential for interview recording, so continuity of this capability is critical..
