Overview
The Local Planning Authority (LPA) has experienced an increase in the number of applications received over the last few months which has put increased pressure on the service to deliver against statutory timescales. Initially the LPA requires short-term support to process mainly householder applications. It is anticipated that c.30 applications per month would be allocated however exact volumes are to be determined.
