The Council is letting a contract to a contractor to provide periodic maintenance and on-call support for mechanical equipment and facilities at its 8 sites including the councils Headquarters at Pathfinder House, Operations Divison at Eastfield House and 6 Leisure Centre sites. The initial scope of the contract is confined to these facilities. The contract duration is from 3rd April 2017 to 31st March 2019 with the option of an additional year.
