Planned Preventative and Reactive Response Services for Fort Cumberland, Portsmouth

Fort Cumberland is a large late 18th century angled bastioned fort, the site is primarily used as the base for the Historic England archeological teams. It contains several buildings and Casemates each having their own use, some parts of the site have been sub-let to tenants and the Contractors attention is drawn to the site plan and schedule of works by area at the end of this document. These comprise mainly of four Houses accommodating individual offices over 3 floors, a Reception building including a library and meeting rooms, and a Science block containing laboratories.
