Placement Services - HMO Licenced Properties Sought

Exeter City Council has an immediate need to increase access to HMO licenced accommodation to provide accommodation for homeless people. They are actively seeking landlords who may be able to offer up to 80 rooms for the most vulnerable persons that the Council need to house. The Council is ideally seeking properties in a good state of repair that offer tenants high quality living space for both families and single people.
