Overview

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to initiate a market engagement exercise to inform the procurement strategy for Phase 1 (‘the Lower Yard’) of the Shrub Hill Quarter. Shrub Hill Quarter is 14 hectares of land identified for Employment and Residential uses. The Vision and Blueprint show the capacity to bring forward 500+ homes within the quarter. The redevelopment of the Quarter is anticipated to take 20+ years and there is an opportunity to become a long term development partner for future phases of the masterplan, which will come forward subject to land assembly.Respond at www.worcestershire.gov.uk/area-contractors-and-other-companies
