Housing 21 is tendering for pitching roofing replacement and associated works across 44 counties nationwide. The works range from £10,000 to £500,000, this opportunity is suitable for small, medium enterprises to bid as well as national providers. Housing 21 is seeking to work with a minimum of three providers nationally and our aim is to develop collaborative relationships, we hope that the contract term reflects this.
